We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days.

However, delays may occur due to:

  • Insufficient or incorrect shipping information

  • High order volume during seasonal periods

In such cases, we will contact you via email before proceeding to ensure smooth and timely delivery.


Shipping Times

  • United States: 1–10 business days

  • International: 1–14 business days

Please note: These timeframes are estimates. Shipping may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as:

  • Severe weather conditions

  • Holiday-related delays

  • Carrier service disruptions

While we cannot control these external factors, we will do our best to keep you updated with tracking information and notifications as they become available.


Taxes & Duties

Orders placed with us do not include any applicable customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information about charges that may apply to your order.

Note: West Oro is not responsible for delays due to customs clearance. Release times are determined solely by local customs authorities.


Order Cancellation

If you need to cancel your order after payment, please contact us as soon as possible at support@getwestoro.com

We will do our best to cancel the order before it is processed or shipped. However, because orders are quickly routed to our fulfillment center, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, you will need to wait for delivery and initiate a return in accordance with our Return Policy.
